You see what could be.

Where others see the way things are, you see what they could become. Connecting ideas comes naturally to you. You give people a future they want to build.

Building a business

How you work

You tend to start with a possibility rather than a checklist. A conversation, a frustration, or an unexpected connection can become the beginning of something much bigger. You help a team see beyond the immediate problem and remember why the work matters.

Your challenge is giving an idea enough time to meet reality. When a new direction becomes exciting, the less glamorous work can lose its appeal. A useful partner helps you narrow the scope and finish an experiment, while leaving room for the larger vision to evolve.

Your superpower.

You spot possibilities early and make a new direction feel worth pursuing.

Your blind spot.

The next possibility can pull you away before your current idea has a chance to prove itself.

Your strengths

Creating direction

You can give scattered ideas a future that people want to work toward.

Connecting possibilities

You see links across problems, markets and conversations that others keep separate.

Patterns to watch

Changing course too early

A new possibility may interrupt an experiment before it has taught you anything.

Leaving the bridge unbuilt

The distance between an exciting vision and a workable first step can disappear from view.

Your growth

A question worth asking

What would I learn if I stayed with this idea for one more honest experiment?

A small experiment for this week

  1. Choose one idea you keep returning to. Write down who it could help and what would change for them.
  2. Find the smallest way to test that promise this week: a conversation, a sketch, or a simple demonstration.
  3. Decide what you need to learn before starting. Keep other ideas on a separate list until you review the result.

Working with others

You bring a team a reason to begin. People often need your picture of the future before they can see where their own work fits. Give them room to ask practical questions without treating those questions as a lack of imagination.

A steady finisher can be a valuable complement. Share what must remain true about the vision, then let someone else help define the route. New ideas are welcome; changing the shared direction deserves an explicit conversation.

One useful agreement

Keep the direction stable until the next review. Put new possibilities on a list we revisit together.
