This Privacy Policy explains how Mobile Apps Raw Company (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the Mentor mobile application (the “App”).

We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your data in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2.1 Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

  • Profile information: name, email address, phone number, birthdate, time zone, language
  • Account authentication data (e.g. one-time passcodes, tokens)
  • Messages and conversations you exchange with the App
  • Photos, files, audio recordings, or other content you upload
  • Contacts, only if you explicitly choose to import them
  • Support communications

2.2 Usage and Technical Data

We may automatically collect:

  • Device identifiers
  • App version, operating system, and device settings
  • Time zone and preferred language
  • Usage data such as feature interactions, timestamps, and crash logs

2.3 The Entrepreneur Personality Test

When you complete the test on our website, we save your answers, test and scoring versions, scores, result, and any profile interpretation you choose. Taking the test does not create a Mentor account. Your browser keeps your draft and private recovery code so you can return to your result. The server stores a hash of that code rather than the code itself. If you provide an optional email address or sex, we save those privately with your completed test. These details do not verify account ownership, change your result, or subscribe you to emails.

You can explicitly attach a result after signing in to Mentor. Attached answers can then be used as context in Mentor conversations, including the AI processing described below. Quiz interpretations do not automatically replace your confirmed profile information. Deleting your Mentor account also deletes its attached quiz results.

Public result links and share cards describe an entrepreneur profile. They do not expose your answers, email address, sex, private recovery code, or account attachment rights. We measure quiz starts, completions, sharing actions, referrals, and Mentor continuation separately. These analytics events do not contain your answers, email address, sex, or recovery code.

2.4 The Quiz

We save your in-progress quiz answers, quiz version, current step, any clarifying answer, and the improvement you choose. We use them to show a current pattern and tailor the Mentor subscription offer. Your browser keeps a private recovery code; the server stores a hash of that code. Answering the questions does not create a Mentor account. Choosing a sign-in method and verifying it creates or signs into your Mentor account and links your quiz to it.

For email sign-in, Resend delivers a one-time code to the address you enter. We use that address to create or find your verified Mentor account.

We use a random visitor identifier in the quiz URL and browser storage, with a cookie that expires after one year. It helps us connect quiz visits and offer stages. After progress is saved, analytics also use a participation identifier. The visitor identifier does not grant access to your answers or account. These events do not contain your answers, chosen improvement, or recovery code. After sign-in, each completed submission stays as a dated record on your account. Later submissions add new records. Mentor uses your answers as context in the app. Your web subscription uses the same account when you sign into the same Mentor account in the app. Use the contact address above for quiz-data requests.

3. Device Permissions

Mentor may request the following permissions, only with your explicit consent:

  • Camera - to capture photos or videos
  • Microphone - to record audio or voice input
  • Photos / Files - to upload content
  • Contacts - if you choose to import contacts
  • Biometrics - for secure authentication (if supported by your device)

You can revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.

4. AI Processing and Media Processing

Mentor uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate responses and process user requests made through the App.

When you interact with AI features in the App, certain content may be transmitted to external AI services in order to generate responses. This may include:

  • Messages, prompts, and questions you send
  • Conversation history necessary to generate relevant responses
  • Images, files, or other media you upload
  • Voice recordings or audio input that are transcribed into text

This information is transmitted only for the purpose of processing your request and generating a response within the App.

Mentor may send this data to the following AI providers:

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Google
  • Mistral AI

These providers process the data solely to provide AI functionality and return results to the App.

In addition, voice recordings may be transmitted to third-party transcription services to convert audio into text when you use voice input features.

Photos, files, or other uploaded content may be stored using secure cloud infrastructure providers in order to deliver the requested functionality.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the App's features
  • Personalize your experience
  • Process subscriptions and billing
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Respond to support requests
  • Monitor performance and fix bugs
  • Improve and develop the App

We do not use your data for health, medical, or psychological profiling.

When you use AI-powered features of the App, your messages or uploaded content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers in order to generate responses.

6. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

We process personal data based on:

  • Your consent
  • Performance of a contract (providing the App)
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Our legitimate interests (security, improvement of services)

Where AI processing is involved, personal data is processed based on the user's consent and the performance of the requested service.

We may share personal data with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate and deliver the App's functionality.

These providers may include:

  • Artificial intelligence providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral AI) used to generate responses
  • Cloud hosting and storage providers
  • Payment processors used for subscriptions and billing
  • Analytics and performance monitoring services
  • Messaging and notification service providers
  • Audio transcription services used for voice input features

These third-party providers process personal data solely on our behalf and only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We require our service providers to maintain appropriate security and data protection measures.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed or stored outside your country of residence, including outside the European Union.

When this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.

9. Data Retention

  • We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill legal obligations.
  • Account data is retained while your account is active.
  • Upon account deletion, your data is deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law.

You may request deletion at any time.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Request data portability (export)
  • Withdraw consent at any time

11. Children's Privacy

  • Mentor is not intended for children under the age of 13.
  • We do not knowingly collect data from children.
  • If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.

12. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:

  • Encrypted communications
  • Secure authentication (OTP, tokens)
  • Secure local storage where applicable
  • Restricted access to personal data

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or other appropriate means.
